Javin Balugay is a sales and digital marketing executive with more than 12 years experience in the Philippine Automotive Industry. He is one of a few in the industry that has experienced working in distributor and dealer operations.

Javin currently works in Toyota Santa Rosa, Laguna (TSR) as the Vehicle Sales Manager. He leads an 80 strong sales team that’s absolutely committed to deliver. His responsibilities include managing annual target achievement for vehicle sales, car financing, insurance, and accessory sales. One of the pioneers in the industry to use different digital marketing channels to engage customers and sell cars. Just from this strategy his team delivered more than 1 Billion Pesos in Car Sales last 2019.

He previously worked in Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) as an Area Operations Officer. He handled tasks such as Toyota dealer annual and monthly sales planning, sales performance management, dealer and market feedback monitoring, events management, and dealer sales estimates just to name a few.

Toyota is currently the number one automotive company in the Philippines with a dominant 40% market share. It leads all major segments of the market including passenger cars, SUVs, MPVs, pick-ups and vans.

Javin started his automotive journey in Honda Cars Makati, Ayala Automotive back in 2008. He received multiple sales awards when he was a sales executive. In his best month, he sold a personal record of 30 cars.

He’s a Business Management graduate of De La Salle University – Manila. His high school and grade school Alma Mater is San Beda College Alabang.

In his free time, he tries to learn more in the field of stock investing, blogging, and Japanese language.

Responsible for consistently achieving sales targets aligned with the dealer annual plan. Execute annual sales and marketing plan. Assumed the corporate planning officer role for the dealership and was the Kaizen Small Group Activity Circle Leader for 2018.
